This pathway prepares students for an exciting career in the culinary field. Students learn proper food preparation & presentation, inventory & storage, as well as how to run a successful food business.

Course Sequence

  • Intro: Intro To Culinary Arts

  • Concentrator: Culinary Arts-ProStart 1

  • Concentrator: Culinary Arts-ProStart 2 & Advanced Foods

  • Capstone: ProStart 3- Internship
